About Us


In October 2010, Tain Bachi Overseas Employment Agency was established in Myanmar, providing our core employment agency services to production factories, constructions, agriculture, restaurants and cleaning industries in Malaysia and Thailand.


We further expanded our scope of services to Japan. Our reputation, quality and perseverance has resulted in customer requesting our services across the region.

For more than a decade of our efforts, our business has more than surpassed the anticipated sales and look forward to continuous growth. This also allow us to improve our services by continuously upgrading our skills and expertise to ensure our clients have access to the best talent available to support their business needs.

YEAR 2010

"Established Tain Bachi Employment Agency and received overseas employment agency service license and started supplying manpower to various industries in Malaysia. "

YEAR 2013

"We have received overseas employment agent service license specifically for Thailand and we started supplying man power to various industries in Thailand and Japan. At same year, we have been recognised as Member by MOEAF (Myanmar Overseas Employment Agencies Federation). "

YEAR 2018

"We mark a significant milestone of this year as our company has successfully supplied manpower to our esteemed client ,SKP (Syarikat Sin Kwang Plastic Industries Sdn. Bhd ) with “Zero recruitment cost”. We have also complied the ethical recruitment policy and we are expanding our services to “Zero recruitment cost” initiative industries "

YEAR 2019

"Received the recognition from MOEAF (Myanmar Overseas Employment Agencies Federation) of having most number of personal insurance for migrants workers. "

JOB SEARCH AGENCY SERVICES

We are providing one-stop job search services for job seekers till they get the relevant jobs. As we comply and commit to our ethical recruitment policy, charges are reasonable and legally allowable. For candidates joining to zero-recruitment cost companies, there will be no charges imposed.

TRAINING SERVICES

We are providing job trainings, language trainings and orientation for our candidates / workers for them to fit into the specific job requirement.
